Become a "Certified Wellness Coach"Wellness Coaching is a combination traditional life coaching, lifestyle fitness coaching, organic living, corporate wellness, sound nutrition, exercise and stress management.
Designation: Upon successful completion, you will hold the title of Certified Wellness Coach (CWC).
Approvals: ISSA 15 CEUs
Prerequisites: One of the following - National personal trainer certification, certified reiki practitioner, martial arts instructor certification, group exercise certification, associates degree (or higher) in exercise/sports science, psychology or health science, NLP certification, LVN, RN, LCSW, MFT, MFCC or previous life coaching certification.
Study Format: Distance learning, Self-paced program using a textbook, CD-Rom manual/course outline & numerous audio lessons.

Testing: Multiple choice exam is taken at home and mailed to the Spencer Institute offices for grading and approval.
Program Overview: Comprehensive course including coaching concepts, motivational strategies, scope of practice, list of assessment tools and techniques and business models for wellness coaching.
