Using Positive and Negative Emotional Attractors in Your Coaching Model

Personal visions have a long history in coaching and form the backbone of our work done with clients. For a client to reach holistic goals, there has to be a clear vision, and yet holism itself implies more than a single facet of our client. But getting to our client’s vision is so coveted, that it is a model used in other health, fitness, and wellness settings. [Read more…]

The Epicure of Obesity: A Coaching Perspective

December 11, 2014 by jse

Are you aware that society labels people with diagnoses that are actually symptoms? Did you know treating symptoms causes a never-ending story leading to societal and self-disconnect, disillusionment and obesity in spirit, soul and body? Sound like a mouthful? If you answered yes, you are correct. The practice of institutional medicine is built upon a compartmentalized framework because the world views humanity from a fragmented perspective. Mental health issue? The world will attempt to fix what’s in your head. Physical malady? They will suggest surgery to remove your organs. Spiritual affliction? Benefits of Meditation

Meditation is a powerful practice that can change your brain, improve your life, and the enhance the quality of your life.

Student Success Stories

Learning how to become a life coach at the Spencer Institute has been a great way for me to grow my coaching business. I really liked that I could work full time while learning life coaching on my own time schedule. Not only do I now have coaching clients, but I also attract more psychotherapy clients who choose me because I can offer coaching in addition to psychotherapy.

Earning the Spencer Institute's Wellness Coach Certification was an excellent addition to existing education and experience. I now have a highly successful blog, healthy cooking business, cook books and much more. The sky is the limit.
