  • Your CEU course detailsThe courses you completed from approved providers, including NESTA, the Spencer Institute, and all other NESTA divisions.
  • Proof of completion filesPDF, JPG, or PNG. Up to 5 files, 5MB total.
  • A major credit cardYou'll pay the renewal fee, plus any late fee, in the cart after you submit.
