Time Management Mastery for Coaches and Trainers

Time management DOES NOT exist. Does that fly in the face of what you’ve always been told? Likely so…

So what “does exist?”

ANSWER: Life Management

When you have life management, time works in your favor. Here are some simple examples:

When you wake up and are INSTANTLY PRODUCTIVE doing your morning rituals such as meditation, gratitude work, prayer, exercise, breathwork, etc (as opposed to meandering or complaining), you are managing your life, and time works in your favor. It’s life management.

When you spend more time on social media posting nonsense and looking at “fail” videos, you are not optimizing your priorities.

You are not respecting your time, and time doesn’t work for you.  Post things that add value to others. Check on your Facebook or IG ads, tag your clients who did something remarkable and give them praise, and build your social tribe.

Life management = time management

When you group your tasks while drinking your morning coffee, or on a walk, you are managing your life. You are freeing up resources for the higher-level tasks, and ultimately “creating” more quality time.

When you “know your numbers” for advertising, client acquisition, utilities, rent, etc, you KNOW how much you need to earn, and how much you KNOW you can spend (and save and invest). That is life and business management. You become more efficient.

Time works in your favor.

SIDE NOTE: Do you ever watch the show “Shark Tank?”  Contestants who know their numbers well get a deal about 40% more of the time. Aside from better accounting, it shows the Sharks that the contestant is less likely to waste time trying to figure things out.  The company will be more efficient and profitable.

People who have great life management skills also do not waste time with people who do not respect time. If people do not respect your life management (and time), they will bring you down.  That’s just the way it works.

In closing… it’s this simple…

Through research, we’ve learned that people’s most successful friends value TIME.

In our observation, there seems to be a direct linear relationship with the person’s appreciation, understanding and use of time and their overall success.

When no time is wasted, you become far more efficient. When you become more efficient, you become more productive. When you become more productive, you can optimize your business. When you are productive and efficient and you optimize your business, you can enjoy more quality time with your family.

It comes full circle.

We’re sure there is an exception somewhere, but this tends to hold true at least 95% of the time.

Thanks,

Our programs are open to anyone with a desire to learn and help others. There are no prerequisites.

That’s it for now.

Take action!
