Use Appreciative Inquiry (AI) for Powerful Wellness Coaching

  • The Positive Principle: Perhaps the most foundational principle of AI is its unwavering focus on the positive. Rather than dwelling on what’s wrong or lacking, AI shines a spotlight on what’s right and abundant. It’s a mindset shift that fosters gratitude, resilience, and optimism in facing challenges.
