As coaches, we know it is about more than just coming up with kick-butt workouts and being a good motivator. Coaches have to market and sell themselves, something many people are not comfortable with!
As a coach, you’re building several professional relationships, especially with your clients. To build them successfully, you need to be friendly and approachable.
If you are not yet a coach, or want to learn additional coaching methods, review the entire list of certification training programs.
Here are 7 things you can do each week to market your coaching business:
Use Social Media
The opportunities to market your coaching business are endless on social so pick your platform and start promoting your services ASAP!
Offer A Freebie
Create a high-value free resource for your ideal client that they can opt into your email list for. This can be a coaching checklist, guides, or even a course.
Write a Guest Post
This will help get you and your services in front of a brand new audience! Connect with bloggers that write on subjects related to your coaching niche, or website that has an audience similar to your own.
Start a Facebook Group
Start by joining a few different groups to see and learn what works and what doesn’t. Then create your own coaching focused group where you can share motivational images, support tips, and of course your products and services.
Run a Facebook Ad
Facebook Ads are still one of the best at providing results. You can use one to offer a free coaching session, your regular services, or just to promote your business.
Send Notes To Past Clients
Check in on them and thank them for their business. See if they need any further services you can provide.
Email Your Subscriber List
If you don’t have an opt-in, add one to your site ASAP! Email lists are an excellent source for your fitness business. Clients have already shown a willingness to subscribe to your list, so make the most out of those emails and send out a weekly blast to show them what new services and veteran services and programs you have available.
It’s that simple.
March on!
