The Missing Pieces Are Found

Hello,

If you are a trainer/coach who helps your clients improve sports performance, business performance or life skills, you MUST also have a deep understanding of sleep science and brain fitness.

WHY?

I could get really nerdy here…but,…. okay…. I’m going to get nerdy just for a minute!

First, let’s talk about sleep science. I always found it interesting that as trainers/coaches, we understand the importance of quality sleep, yet we know very little about the science. We just say things such as, “Make sure you have a good mattress” “sleep in on the weekend” and “don’t drink coffee too late in the day.”

What we should be teaching is the optimal temperature for the best release of hormones while we sleep (65-67 degrees). We should be teaching about how electronics use prior to sleep inhibits melatonin secretion from the pituitary gland.

We should be teaching about “sleep hygeine” which is the science of creating the perfect sleeping conditions on a regular basis.

We should also teach our clients about how deep, restorative sleep “washes” the brain at night which maintains its health.

You can now see how the two programs Sleep Science Coach
and Brain Fitness Coach fit together.

Your brain must rest, recover and rebuild through quality sleep. Through the lenses of your eyes, your pituitary gland detects the onset of darkness and starts the process to release melatonin, which helps start the other hormone releases throughout the night.

For a moment, let’s talk about your brain. You’ve likely heard people say they want to (or need to) exercise their brain. But how? If you are doing something like a crossword puzzle, that good. However….. that only exercises a certain portion/function of your brain. It’s like going to the gym and only doing a bicep curl with your left arm.

With the Brain Fitness Coach Certification, you learn how to systematically exercise the entire brain so each aspect is optimized.

You should have a deep knowledge of the best foods and supplements for brain health and function. Which reduce inflammation? Which increase focus? Which help remove toxins? Which calm the mind? How can you optimize your clients’ focus, performance or excellence without this knowledge?

What you’ve just read is a fraction of the connections between sleep and the brain.
I mission is to show you the absolute necessity for you to master the skills of sleep science and brain fitness, so you can become a world-class coach.

With an ever-increasing number of trainers/coaches entering the market, you must make yourself stand out. This is how you do it.
