Your Coaching Business Made Easy

Hello,

You obviously want to enjoy success in your coaching business.

Yet, growth can be challenging when you miss a few key growth strategies.

1. Niche down your service.

Who will you serve?  “People in need” is not a niche. “Men” is not a niche. Men in their 40s are better, but not good enough.  Here’s a great niche… Men in their 40s who have lost their sense of purpose and have declining health.

It’s challenging to serve multiple niches and deliver a clear and concise message. Your communication gets much more compelling and effective when you are only speaking to one audience.

To be a really effective coach in a single niche, you still need more than one certification.

In the above example, Men in their 40s who have lost their sense of purpose and have declining health…what credentials/skills are most helpful?

You can start with just one, but you will have to admit all of these credentials will make you more qualified and get your clients better results:

2. Add value every day to build your brand, influence and audience.

Add value by teaching coaching concepts via YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram video, email newsletters, and similar formats.  The more you give away for free, the more people will appreciate you.  Over time, they will ask how they can work with you and buy your paid services. Give more than you think you should.

3. Improve your personal circle of influence.

Are you networking, connecting, and working with the top influencers in your niche?  You must. You will benefit from what is called “brand cuddling”, “transfer of authority” or “social proof” of your position in the industry. Get out there and meet, connect and work with the top people in your niche.  Start now!
